Meet Walter the Founder

Walter grew up in Varese, northern Italy, with a deep passion for travel, culture, and discovering the stories behind every place he visited. From his earliest travels, he developed a curiosity for immersing himself in local cultures, always seeking to experience and carry with him the best of every place and people he encountered.

His personal motto is: “Today anyone can travel, but few do it with an open heart and mind, ready to learn and carry with them the best of the people they meet and the places they visit.” For him, travel is about immersing in local stories, understanding traditions, and forming genuine connections wherever life takes him.

After completing his studies in travel and tourism, Walter began his professional journey as a tour guide, creating memorable experiences across Europe. He later joined a leading travel tech company, rising to knowledge manager and gaining expertise in technology, operations, and team leadership. Alongside this, he developed extensive experience in real estate and property management, buying, selling, and managing properties across Italy.

A few years ago during COVID, Walter had nearly completed the process to move to the U.S. with his Green Card—he was only waiting for the consulate appointment. Married to an American woman, he was preparing for life in the U.S., but his time in southern Italy revealed a slower, richer way of life. The pace, culture, and lifestyle of Molise captured his heart, and he chose to stay. Inspired by this experience, Walter realized he wanted to help international English-speaking expats transform their lives in Italy.

With a natural talent for problem solving, Walter brings a unique ability to navigate complex situations with ease. Thanks to extensive exposure to both American and European cultures through family connections, business trips, and personal travels, he understands firsthand what international clients truly value: authenticity, simplicity, and a seamless transition.
