  • The Housing Trap: You cannot use an Airbnb or a generic short-term rental to become a resident. You need a legally registered Contratto di Locazione (Lease Agreement) or a property deed. We negotiate with landlords who understand the expat legal requirements.

  • Residenza (Registering at the Anagrafe): Once you have a home, you must register your address at the local Town Hall. The local police (Vigili) will literally come to your door to verify you live there. We prepare you for this crucial step.
